Hospital Administrator

Rochelle Walker has been part of the Brentwood Family Pet Care team since 2006. She moved to California in 2005 to spend more time with her niece and nephew. In 2008, she met her future husband. ‘I really enjoy working with the team here and the pets are a wonderful plus,’ she says. ‘I don’t actually take care of the pets that come in, but I take care of the people that take care of them. I work behind the scenes, making sure the lights stay on and the bills get paid. It’s a great perk to be able to step into the treatment room and play with a kitten or puppy that has come in.’

Patient Care Specialist

I have been in the veterinary field since 2008 (BFPC since 2013) and I enjoy every minute! It’s a very hard and rewarding career, both physically and mentally. I really love being able to help those without a voice.

Patient Care Specialist, RVT

I have been a credentialed veterinary technician since 1999. After working at a variety of practices, I came to BFPC in early 2014 and found my fur-ever home! I love educating pet owners on our gold standard of veterinary medicine and the nursing care we provide. I am so happy that I get to work with, and lead, an awesome team! My husband, myself, and our 3 boys enjoy dirt bike riding on our ranch, boating/fishing, and family-style camping with our friends. I also enjoy my Nigerian Dwarf goats, our two dogs, and ranch cat, and fresh eggs from our chickens.

Kylie has been with BFPC since the summer of 2014. She enjoys spending time at work with our amazing clients and staff. Patient Care Specialist

I’ve been with BFPC since 2014. I love being a veterinary technician because I get to come to work every day and know that I will be making a difference in somebody’s life that day. My clients know that I will be there for them and their pets any time that they need me. My commitment to my patients is to give them the best care possible and to treat them like they are my own. Outside of work, I enjoy my time with my children and grandchildren.

Patient Care Specialist, RVT

After graduating high school, I joined the military and became a United States Marine. I was stationed in San Diego, CA for 3 years. There I met my husband and we got two Labrador retrievers named Jax and Harlow. After he and I were both discharged we moved here to the Bay Area, where I pursued my credentials to be a veterinary technician. We have expanded our two-legged family and have two beautiful children. We love being outdoors; we go camping and hiking as much as we can! I have been a member of the BFPC family since January 2016 and everyday day at work is always a new adventure! Loving and caring for all the patients that visit us here is the best part of every day.

Client Service Coordinator

In 2016 I had the opportunity to start working at BFPC. At the time, I had no idea of all of the friendships that would come from that decision. The two shorties in the picture with me are Kurtis and Maci. They are both Cardigan Welsh Corgis, one of my favorite breeds. I am a farm girl, so I have had, and still have a countless number of animals. I am currently a part-time student at Los Medanos College and plan to graduate with my Associate’s degree in Business Management.

Patient Care Specialist

I have been working at BFPC since 2017 with small and large animals for over 30 years; as a reigning-style horse rider, a vet assistant, a trainer, and groomer! I married a wonderful and caring man September 2017 and love spending time with our extended family – my son and his son, daughter-in-law, and our grandson. I really love spoiling my grandson! I also love helping animals get and stay healthy. Spending time with pet owners and discussing training and grooming tips for their dogs and puppies brings me so much joy!

Patient Care Specialist

I have been involved in working with animals in one capacity or another since my teenage years, often volunteering at animal shelters and local animal events. After working in the human medical industry for 13 years, I decided to pursue my passion of working with animals on a full-time basis. I have been with BFPC since the beginning of 2018. I wake up excited to go to work every day to see our amazing patients and their caring owners. I continue to volunteer at shelters and community events when time allows. I enjoy spending time with my husband of 31 years and our 2 children, who are away at college. I have 3 dogs; Jemiah, Cooper, and Sasha, whom I love with all my heart, and Kevin, a beta fish, that I talk to when getting ready every morning.

I moved to California from Washington State in the spring of 2018. I brought with me my 3 horses and my Catahoula leopard dog, Kyser. In Washington, I managed a Hunter/Jumper facility, so it was a no-brainer that I wanted to stay in the animal industry. I became a team member in the summer of 2018. In my free time, I’m either with my horses, Heidi, Ice, and Prince, or going on adventures with Kyser
